Return Policy


While we 100% stand behind our craftsmanship, we understand that sometimes things just are not meant to be. That is why we give you 7 days after receiving your item(s) to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us using the contact tab on the main page of our website.

Once we have determined that your item(s) is eligible for return, we will send you shipping instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We do not refund any fees associated with shipping.

Once we have received your return, we will inspect it for signs of use or damage. We will then notify you of the status of your return.

Unfortunately, we do not offer a refund on any custom, limited-run/drops, or sale item(s).

Cancellations
We do not except any cancellations. But please contact us if you have any problems with your order.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item as we are human and errors can sometime happen, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), limited run item(s), sale item(s), hats, or gift cards. 

Custom Belt Orders - If you ordered a belt, and received exactly what you ordered and it does not fit, we are unable to accept a return. If we made an error on our side of the deal, we will make things right. Be sure to use the fit guide to insure proper sizing.

Exchanges
We do not offer any exchanges due to most of our goods being made to order. However, if your item was received damaged, please see the section above for damages and/or issues.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us. We do not refund any fees associated with shipping.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We do not accept returns for international orders.
