Lead time

All items are handmade after the purchase date. Production time frame (Lead Time) on orders will be noted in your confirmation email as well as on the main page of our website.  We try to keep this updated the best we can but ultimately lead times are an estimation not a guarantee. Some items require a longer lead time then others and will be noted on the product detail page when ordering.

Estimated shipping times

Shipping is not included in the lead time estimation. The average First class shipping time ranges from 3-6 business days. We will do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but we cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose and the shipping service provider.

Please consider shipping time frames when ordering for a date specific event or holiday.

Holiday shipping is known to take longer, take this into consideration when purchasing during the holiday seasons.
